The availability of a particular programming language or technology does not mean that CoderNY LLC owns or controls that language or technology.

Where a product incorporates or depends on third-party software, libraries, frameworks, or technologies, the applicable third-party terms and licenses may also apply.

3. Software and Digital Licenses

If you purchase a software product, license, activation key, downloadable application, or other digital product from CoderNY LLC, refunds may not be available after the product has been delivered, activated, downloaded, or substantially used.

If a purchased product is defective or cannot reasonably be used for its advertised purpose, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, correction, or refund.

4. Subscriptions

If CoderNY LLC offers subscription-based products or services, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing period selected at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

Cancellation generally prevents future charges but does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Partial-month or partial-year refunds are not provided.
  • Unused subscription time is generally not refundable.

5. Programming Courses and Educational Content

If CoderNY LLC offers programming courses, tutorials, training, or educational content, refunds may depend on whether the content has already been accessed or substantially consumed.

Once digital educational content has been accessed, downloaded, or made available to you, the purchase may become non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or required by applicable law.

If a course or educational product has a specific refund guarantee, the terms of that guarantee will take precedence over this general policy.

6. Custom Programming and Development Services

For custom programming, software development, website development, consulting, coding, or other personalized services:

  • Deposits and payments may be non-refundable once work has started.
  • Payments for completed work are generally non-refundable.
  • If you cancel after work has begun, CoderNY LLC may retain the amount necessary to cover work already completed and costs incurred.
  • Any refund for unfinished work will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable project agreement.

Work outside the originally agreed scope may require additional payment.

7. Technical Problems

If a CoderNY LLC product does not function substantially as described, please contact us before requesting a refund.

We may attempt to:

  1. Identify the problem;
  2. Provide technical support;
  3. Provide an updated or corrected version;
  4. Provide an alternative solution; or
  5. Issue a refund where appropriate.

A temporary technical problem does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund if the issue can reasonably be resolved.

8. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same product or service, or believe you were charged an incorrect amount, please contact us as soon as possible.

After verifying the transaction, CoderNY LLC may issue a refund for confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant third-party terms and licenses.

  • Order or transaction information;

  • Reason for requesting a refund.
